One of my favourite little pouches to make, this compact pouch will hold a lip balm or other small item, such as coins.  It is unlined and features a metal clasp, so you can clip it on the outside of your bag.

Never lose your lip balm again!

The clasp come in two finishes:

  • Chrysanthemum has a nickel finish 
  • Red Swirl has an antique brass finish 
  • Red Fleck  has an antique brass finish 

Many of our smaller accessories were specifically designed with the aim of using up our valuable offcuts and so minimizing wastage, while still making necessary and useful items.  

Note: This listing is for a single pouch. The photos show two pouches to help illustrate how the pattern looks on all sides of the pouch. Lip Balm NOT included. The fabric design placement may be different on the pouch you receive.

Care Instructions

Cork can be spot cleaned or hand washed using a mild detergent and warm water.  Drip dry and iron non-cork portions as needed.  DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry, as this will dry out the cork, leading to irreparable cracking.

We recommend you never overfill your bag, as this will put undue stress on the seams and the straps.  This could not only spoil the shape of your bag but result in irreparable damage.  Taking good care of your piece will extend the life of your Bee by Design bag.
