Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order is received.  Flat rate shipping is offered for all products.  If the actual shipping cost is less than the flat rate by CAD $2 or more, we will refund the overage at the time your order is shipped.  

For all custom work, the shipping date will be agreed at the time the order is placed and will be dependent on the time it takes to make the custom piece. Typically, custom work takes 2 weeks, but times will be longer during the holiday season.

Orders are shipped with Canada Post and are fully insured with tracking. If you require a different service, please contact me at the time of purchase to set this up.  

Free local pick-up is offered on all orders.  It is the customer's responsibility to collect their order in a timely manner as agreed at the time of purchase.
